Both backflow preventer valve switches not connected properly. Hearing impaired rooms strobes not synced, Diagnostic run on all devices P2F. Test heat detectors not tested by state elevator inspector, Dampers shall be tested and access labels confirmed. All corridor smokes on floors 2,3,and4 are good. All tamper and waterflow are good (minus backflow preventer) |
