12:21 PM - Called & spk to tenant to follow up. States after my inspection they canceled their lease. They no longer are leasing the unit. Per reports from management, Terminix did spray the property on 10/20/2022, had a follow up visit on 10/27/2022 & found minimal live roach activity, and another treatement on 11/3/2022. Due to these factors, this case will be closed. -VM |
