THERE IS WATER DAMAGE TO THE VINYL FLOORING OF THE HALLWAY FROM THE OVERSPRAY FROM TFD. THE LIVING ROOM HAS HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE TO THE SHEET ROCK AND ONE 4X8 WINDOW IS DAMAGED. THERE IS A 4X2 INSPECTION HOLE IN THE CEILING OF THE LIVING ROOM. THE KITCHEN SUSTAINED HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE AND THERE IS ONE 2X2 INSPECTION HOLE IN THE CEILING. THE BATHROOM AND HALLWAY HAVE HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE. THE AIR CONDITIONER TEMPERATURE GAGE SUSTAINED HEAT DAMAGE AND WAS MELTED. THE 1ST BEDROOM HAD HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE AND A 2X4 INSPECTION HOLE. THE CARPET WAS SATURATED WITH WATER. THE 4X8 WINDOW WAS DAMAGED. THE 2ND BEDROOM SUSTAINED HEAVY SMOKE AND FIRE DAMAGE. THE DRYWALL ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WALL WAS DAMAGED IN AN ESTIMATED 10X10 AREA. THE CEILING OF THE BEDROOM HAD DRYWALL DAMAGE AND WAS COMPLETELY MISSING. THE TRUSESS SUSTAINED SOME HEAT AND SMOKE DAMAGE. THE 4X8 WINDOW WAS DAMAGED. ELECTRICAL: THE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS AND SWITCHES THROUGH OUT THE UNIT HAVE SUSTAINED HEAT DAMAGE. THERE ARE WIRES IN THE CEILING WITH HEAT DAMAGE. PLUMBING: THE GAS HEATER IN THE HALL CLOSET WAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE. SW GAS PINNED THE GAS AT THE METER FOR BUILDING 7. MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE THROUGH OUT THE UNIT. THE HEATER IS DAMAGED INSIDE THE CLOSET LOCATED IN THE LIVING ROOM. REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE APARTMENT WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. TEP TURNED THE POWER OFF AT THE METER. THE ADJACENT UNITS 714, 715, AND 716 HAD LIGHT SMOKE DAMAGE AND WATER DAMAGE TO THE FLOOR. MANAGEMENT HAD A RESTORATION COMPANY COME OUT TO CLEAN UP THE WATER.
