Entered by LOPEZ - After inspection to unit B found that living room,kitchen, bathroom,exterior shed and porch, overhang is going to be a total loss. back two bedroom have minner damage, smoke damage though-out the unit ( electrical, mechanical, framing, roof, ceiling, walls, and porch also total loss will need to be obtaining a combo permit for all repairs. WILL BE POSTING UNSAFE TO OCCUPY AND ISSUING NOTICE, POWER WAS TURN OFF AND WILL NEED CC FOR IT TO BE TURNED BACK ON. |
