CARPET WAS PULLED BACK, FLOOR WAS SAW CUT AND LEAKING WATER LINE REPLACED, CONRETE FLOOR RE POURED WITH A QUICK SET CONCRETE. CARPET WAS PUT BACK DOWN BY MAINTANENCE WATER REMEDIATION COMPANY REMOVED THE WATER. LATER CONTACTED THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED ALL WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND WATER REMOVED FROM THE CARPET AND DEODERIZED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
