ON THE OTHER SIDE OF WHERE I PARKED I FOUND A CAL'S PLUMBING TRUCK, I ASKED IF HE WAS MAKING REPAIRS TO SEWER IN 302 AND HE STATED HE WAS. PLUMBER STATED THE CLEAN OUT IS IN THE CLOSET, SEWER LINE RUNS UNDER THE CRAWL SPACE OF THE FLOOR AND THERE WAS ONLY 16 INCHES OF SPACE, THE DAMAGED LINE HAS BEEN REPAIRS AND PLUMBER SUGGEST THAT THE AREA BE ALOWED TO DRY OUT, HE GOT AS MUCH WATER OUT WITH TOWELS BUT SHOWED ME THE AREA UNDERNEATH THE FLOOR AND THERE IS SOME STANDING WATER, BUT SEWER LINE BREAK HAD BEEN REPAIRED AS SHOWN IN HIS PICTURES. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OCCUPANT, TOLD HER THE PLUMBER WAS HERE AND JUST FINISHING REPAIRS. I EXPLAINED WHAT HE HAD DONE, ALSO STATED THE AREA WOULD NEED TIME TO DRY OUT. I SHATED I LEFT MY CARD ON THE DOOR THAT IS SHE HAS FURTHER ISSUES TO CONTANCT ME AND I WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH CAL'S PLUMBING. ISSUE HAS BEEN ABATED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
