Entered by GHOLSON - ON SITE--ARRIVED AND WAS UNCLEAR OF THE LOCATION OF THE BEE HIVES. CONTACT INFORMATION LACKED THE ACUTAL COMPLIANANTS CONTACT INFORMATION. BOTH PROPERTIES WERE MORE THAN 10 ACRES IN SIZE. FINALLY MADE CONTACT WITH THE NEIGHBOR WHO WAS STUNG BY THE BEES AND HE TOOK ME TO THE FAR END OF HIS PROPERTY THAT IS ADJANCENT TO THE PROPERTY WITH THE BEE HIVES. THE HIVES ARE IN HIVE BOXES AND THE BEES ARE IN FACT TOO CLOSE TO HIS PROPERTY AND ARE ACTIVELY TRAVELING ON TO HIS PROPERTY. HE ALSO GAVE ME THE CORRECT ADDRESS OF THE OWNERS OF THE BEE HIVES. I FINALLY MADE CONTACT WITH OWNERS OF HE HIVES AND HAND DELIVERED THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION. I ALSO INFORMED HER OF WHAT THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS WITH THE HIVES BEING LOCATED TOO CLOSE TO HER NEIGHBORS PROPERTY AND THEY NEED TO BE MOVED. SHE AGREED AND I TOLD HER WOULD FOLLOW UP ON 10/14/22 |

At the time of inspection--observed four bee hive boxes on the property. Informed the owner of the violations and she agreed to move the boxes after I hand delivered the NOV. After the initial inspection the owner has not moved the boxes and has not returned any of my phone calls. I left a voicemail on 10-27 and 11-04 and still no response. I went to the property with inspector Goodman on 10/28 and saw the owner who stated she will move the bee boxes. As of 11/1 the boxes were still not moved. |
