312 PM - Trash and debris to include litter and piles of vegetation as well as weeds over 6 inches in the abutting right of way on east side of parcel. The abutting right of way is not a street, sidewalk space, or designated alley and thus will need to be referred to TDOT. Weeds exceed 6 inches in an enclosed chain link fence around an air conditioning system on east side of parcel. Rest of property and rights of way are maintained and have a green colored chemical on gravel suggesting recent weed treatment. -VM |
