ON SITE AT PROPERTY THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE INSIDE OF THE DWELLING. THE PROPERTY HAS A CORRUGATED FENCE AROUND IT. THE PROPERTY OWNER WOULD HAVE TO ALLOW INPSECTOR ONTO THE PROPERTY TO VERFIY THAT A BASEMENT WAS ADDED ILLEGALLY. NO ONE CAME TO THE DOOR. CAN NOT VERIFY UNPERMITTED BASEMENT. |
