Second dead tree stump is still present but has been dug all around it, would appear is in process of being removed. No apparent changes to fences, and no change to the utility building. Will make contact with property manager. -VM
04/24/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 133 PM - Both dead tree stumps have been removed to ground level and are no longer present on the property. Three of the four walls on the utility building have all walls replaced with new plywood. Eaves/facia still need to be painted. Some progress has been made to the painting of the wooden fences. Spoke to HOA rep and discussed progress. Will follow up. -VM
03/15/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1028 AM - Missing, damaged, and exposed wood on pickets remain throughout property. All repairs to the utility room have been completed, and all wood surfaces have been repainted. Will be moving forward to citation on the dilapidated fencing. -VM
10/21/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 214 PM - Followup for upcoming court hearing. There is significant progress to repairs of fence including repainting of fence and replacement of pickets. There is still additional work to be done and the property does remain in violation. -VM
