Entered by GHOLSON - ON SITE--OBSERVED A LARGE ACCUMULATION OF TRASH AND REFUSE IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THE PROPERTY. TRASH AND DEBRIS INCLUDED OLD MATRESSES, AND OTHER LARGE OLD HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE ITEMS LIKE DRESSERS AND CHAIRS.
ALSO OBSERVED A SWIMMING POOL WITH GREEN WATER AND A MOSQUITO INFESTATION |

At the time of inspection--The violations were abated. The globes were replaced on the free-standing light fixtures. The trash and debris was removed from the alley and trash can areas. Also the pool is clean now |
