Have gone over the needed repairs and the permits that will be required to get the electrical and the gas back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
10/02/2022	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE		Approved	Was called back to the site due to the detectives have completed the investigation. Arrived and the units were clearing. The north bathroom had a fire with an explosion. The fire was contained to the bathroom but the Roof system has lifted in the north bedroom which is a master bedroom. The walls have expanded out from the area and the roof is not connected to the exterior walls. The south wall pushed a cabinet down that was in the living room. The ductwork in the floor had a fire in the ductwork and the vents were pushed out of the opening in the washer room. The ceiling in the north bedroom has broken tiles and shows where the roof lifted where not sealed. The bedroom door was blown off the hinges and was in the kitchen area on the floor. The bathroom has burning on the walls and ceilings with holes to check for fire extension in the roof spacing and found none. The fire was contained to the bathroom and has smoke damage where the explosion pushed the smoke through the cracks where the walls and the ceiling meet in the living room and the washer room. The other rooms have no damage. The windows have security bars and the levers for the breakaways are missing and hard to open the security bars in the bedrooms if required to be opened if needed. The gas and the electrical have been removed at the meter and placed a City of Tucson lock on the breaker panel door due to the meter is private and on a master meter system. Did post the paperwork on the front and side window of Do Not Enter. All the windows were locked from the interior. The doors were locked. RV.
