Entered by LOPEZ - Was called out by fire department to the property of 840 East Linden St. after inspection found that fire was started in the kitchen with electric stove power, power was turned off at the breakers by TFD some electrical wires where shard could not isolate power, I will be shutting down due to electrical damage in kitchen and lack of egress throughout the home. will be posting unsafe to occupy.
