Entered by VIDAL - Met with the tenant and she is staying in a hotel that has been provided by the owner. Has no hot water due to the water heater has been replaced with new electric from gas, the shower stall is backing up and the toilet is getting air, the washer machine is backing up and the water goes on the ground at this time. The area shows new ABS piping for the washer machine and has a new clean out added away from the existing. Has new 200 AMP panel and was one 30 AMP breaker that keeps tripping. Called the owner and left a message to call back. RV. |
