Arrived and the units are still on site and the owner has died and the son is living in the house at this time. The son has a warrant and is being removed due to the warrant is from another city and county. The son was served the paperwork for the property being condemned for lacking the utilities. The son signed the paperwork before taken to jail. The house will be secured by the City of Tucson contractor by screwing the doors and windows shut. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure the house. The house has no clear paths to doors and windows and had to crawl over items to have the windows closed to have secured. Hoarding issues will have to be addressed to have the sone back into the house. RV. |
