Met with the owner to look at the masonry wall. The wall is all around the property in the front, rear and sides and 6' or less. Did take pictures to check if the drawings can be done. The owner thought the citation was only for the front of the property and did go over that all the masonry wall has to be included and is the same price for the permit. The owner stated that they called and they were told no permit is needed is under 6'. Did go over that the permit is for zoning and is a compliance review and will have no inspection. Did have the last approved plans for a room addition and enclosing the carport. Will check on doing the drawings. RV. |
