Arrived with inspector Tidwell and a motorcycle hit the wood 4 x 4 post in the front and pushed off the concrete slab. The top is still connected and the 4 x 4 is not broken or cracked and will be able to remain. The 4 x 4 Adj. post base anchor will need to be replaced and connected to the concretwe slab. The masonry wall was hit and has some chips on the corner of the block on the end next to the 4 x 4 wood post. No damage to the main house and the tenant will be able to remain in the house. The carport will also be able to be used and the tenants car is being parked in the carport. The owner was not coming to the site and will check the damage tomorrow. Did a N.O.V. and gave the copy to the tenant on site and no permit required. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
