BROKEN GLASS WINDOW IN THE ATTICK PORTION OF THE ROOF WERE IDENTIFIED BUT NOT AN ISSUE AS A WOOD FRAMED VENT SYSTEM WAS RIGHT ABOVE THE WINDOW AND UNDER THE ROOF EAVES. I DID FIND BUCKETS OF WATER IN THE FRONT YARD BUT NO MOSQUITO INFESTATION, NO LARVA BUT CLEAN RAIN WATER FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE. I WAS ABLE TO SEE INTO THE REAR YARD, FOUND 6-8 VEHICLES AND TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE REAR YARD. SPOKE WITH THE OWNER AND ASKED IF HE HAD WATER, HE SAID HE HAD BOTH WATER AND ELECTRIC. CONTACTED TEP AND VERIFIED THAT THERE WAS CURRENT ELECTRICAL TO THE PROPERTY. OWNER OPENED THE SIDE GATE TO THE REAR OF PROPERTY AND I COULD SEE THAT THERE IS A MICE INFESTATIION, SAW MULTIPLE MICE CRAWLING IN AND OUT OF THE PILES OF STUFF IN THE REAR YARD. NOV TO FOLLOW |
