10/12/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - The plans were received and did check on what was approved and did not find the masonry wall on the drawings in the front by the sidewalk and has a wood frame porch in the rear on the southeast side of the property that is being built. The masonry wall is approx. 100 l.f. long and has solid block approx. 2' high and has colomns another 16" above the solid wall to place some type of wrought iron inbetween the columns. The wood frame porch is approx. 8' x 8' x 10' high and may have issues with the setback. The owner has sent me the copy of the plans and the porches attached to the front and rear of the house show on the drawings as being approved on the plans for the addition of the rooms to the side of the house. Did call the owner and let her know on the masonry wall the porch in the rear of the property that is detached not being approved and found no permits or approval by Planning and Development Services department. Will do N.O.V. RV.

06/06/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The D.D.O. has been approved on 5-10-2023 and waiting for the correction to be approved. Plans have been re-submitted. Will check in 45 days. RV.
08/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The permit has been issued, TC-RES-1222-01339 issued on 8-1-2023 for the wall, TC-RES-1222-01679 issued on 8-1-2023 for the additions. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
