THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO THE 9TH FLOOR IS NOT CHARGED DUE TO SPRINKLER DAMAGE. THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED. NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED. NOTICE AND ORDER POSTED.
THE 9TH FLOOR HALLWAY HAS CARPET SATURATION AND UNIT 821 HAS A WATER BUBBLE IN THE MASTER BATHROOM, NO ELECTRICAL IMPACTED, MAINTENANCE TO BEGIN DRY OUT PROCESS.
