Most western porch has a one foot setback. 4x4 posts are directly in the earth. 2-2x6 being utilized as beams and show signs of sagging and warping. Ledger is attached to the main structure and secured with lag bolts Secondary porch with same construction as western porch except is built to the property and the roof hangs over the property line Large accessory structure on the east portion of the property. Approx 60 fee long and 12 feet wide. Beams are 2-2x6 on both sides of the structure. 4x4 post are cemented into the ground but unsure of the depth. Roof rafters are 2x6 and approx 18 on center. bottom plates are untreated and appear to be floating and not secured Electrical circuits throughout the accessory structure may not be permitted.
