09/08/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial GOODMAN Approved Entered by GOODMAN - VISITED SITE WITH INSPECTOR SAM SLAIWA, FOUND A BUICK SUV HAD PROBABLY BEEN PLACED IN DRIVE, THINKING THE CAR WAS IN REVERSE, HIT THE GAS TAKING OUT A 6" X 6" POST/ STUCCO FACADE AROUND THE POST AND THE CORBEL ABOVE ALL CONNECTED TO A FRONT PORCH. A SMALL AREA OF STUCCO HAD BEEN DAMAGED TO THE FRONT WALL, WALL HAD STOPPED THE CAR AND THERE WAS NO INTERIOR DAMAGE. TFD CONTACTED GARY'S TOWING TO REMOVE THE VEHICLE, C/E REMOVED THE STUCCO FROM THE BASE OF THE POST AND FIXED THE CORBEL SO THAT THE POST COULD BE REUSED. ARCADIAN WAS CONTACTED TO ASSISIT IN JACKING UP THE BEAM AND ROOF AND REPLACING THE POST/CORBEL. PROPERTY MANAGER WAS ONSITE TO ACCESS THE DAMAGE AND THEN LEFT. POST CAN BE REUSED AND BEAM MAY NEED TO BE RE ADJUSTED. STUCCO PATCH, BEAM REPLACEMENT AND PORCH ADJUSTMENTS WILL NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT, FOLLOW UP INSPECTION WILL BE COMPLETED BY C/E INSPECTOR.
