Entered by VIDAL - The house was vacant and secured. Did the posting of the N.O.V. and the Stop Work Order on the wood post in the carport area. Did check the electrical and work has been done and the electrical is on and the work is connecting the old to the new and will need a different box for the upgrade. T.E.P. was called to check the work done and the meter was removed. Does have Solar and that meter was also remove with blank covers placed over the meter base. RV. |

The house is vacant and secured with work still being done. The permits have been issued, T22CM07328 issued on 11-9-22 and the last inspection was 12-20-22 for framing, electrical and other issues. Permit T22CZM07191 was issues on 11-9-22 and last inspection on 12-20-22 for electrical upgrade. The alley has been cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
