Permit was submitted but has been returned for corrections twice, items to include structures not being included on the site plan and setbacks have not been addressed by the owner. Per zoning, there has been no application from the owner for a Board of Adjustment for Variance for the set backs contained within the RX-2 zone. Citation will be issued. -VM | |
