02/27/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 1257 PM - On site at property to take pictures. Workers are on site working on the home. During this inspection, it came to light what would appear to be a new gas line installed running from the gas meter to the roof on the south end of the structure. This was not observed during the first inspection although it may have been present at that time. Aerial views confirm it was not present around 2020. Permit was submitted but has been returned for corrections twice, items to include structures not being included on the site plan and setbacks have not been addressed by the owner. Per zoning, there has been no application from the owner for a Board of Adjustment for Variance for the set backs contained within the RX-2 zone. Citation will be issued. -VM

Plea offered and accepted, Defendant pleads responsible to charges A, C, D and E on citation 6918002 and charge A on 6918004 in exchange for fines being suspended and dismissal of charge B (curb cut, now in compliance.) Defendant states he did in fact move the gas line and installed a gas line nipple. He states the porch roof was replaced prior to him owning the property and decking on the roof was removed; it is just corrugated metal. He has been directed to submit both of those items on the existing permits. Review hearing set for November 30 2023 at 130 PM. -VM
