ON SITE WITH TENANT AND MANAGER. THE WATER LEAK WAS REPAIRED YESTERDAY WHEN THE LEAK HAPPEN. NEW COIL WAS ORDERED BY THE AC CONTRACTOR AND WILL BE INSTALLED. THE CEILING WAS LEFT OPEN DO TO REPLACING THE COIL AND TO LET THE AREA DRY OUT. |
