Entered by VIDAL - Received a Email on the property to have checked. Met with the tenant and the people living on the property. Did go over that the area of concern are out of the property owners property and have issues on the common areas for the neighborhood. Has an RV parked on the east side of the property outside the fenced area for the property. Hasa several vehicles parked outside the fenced area on the alley way and on the east side of the property. The rear yard has trash and debris, storage, tires through out. Has a instahot water heater that was installed and using a extension cord to have electrical from the main electrical panel to the water heater. That extension cord was removed while on site. Lacking smoke detectors, has doors that are not hanging, a wall has been added to the living room area to add another bedroom. Has added electrical boxexs added and missing globes. GFCI are lacking in the bathroom and the kitchen areas. AC package unit has been added and has the return air in the kitchen area. The tenant is a Section 8 and will be given until tomorrow to have the vehicles moved and the property cleaned. Will check the site tomorrow. Have been in contact with Section 8 and let them know what happened on the inspection. On site with inspector Lopez. RV. |
