Entered by VIDAL - Went to the site to check the progress. The rear yard has been cleaned and has some items that are still in the process of being moved. Did go over the Brush and Bulky to have the items going to be dumped to place them in the alley and call for a pick up and will be charged on the water bill. The smoke detector has been installed. Did go over that the electrical can be done and still get the permit to have the inspection done. Did go over that the gas can be removed due to not needing gas due to all electric. Will check on Tuesday. RV. |

The tenant called that she needed to get in the house and get some clothing. Arrived and opened the rear door and she gathered her clothing. Once done did place the plywood back on. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
