08/29/2022 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial GOODMAN Approved Entered by GOODMAN - VISITED SITE, DID FIND THAT CARPORT HAD BEEN ENCLOSED WITH WOOD FRAME AND T-111 SIDING, WITH A ENTRANCE TO THE BATHROOM OFF THE CARPORT, WORKERS STATED THE BATHROOM WAS EXISTING ORIGINAL ENTRANCE CLOSED OFF AND NEW ENTRANCE ADDED. THE EXISTING HOUSE HAS A WOOD BOX BEAM ABOVE THE DOUBLE BRICK WALL THAT RUNS THE FULL LENGTH OF THE HOUSE BOTH FRONT AND BACK. OLD WINDOWS WERE REPLACED BY NEW FIBERGLASS WINDOWS USING THE SAME OPENING AND BOX BEAM HEADER. A PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR REPLACING THE NEW WINDOWS AND ALTHOUGH VAPOR BARRIER SUGGESTED, STILL NOT A PERMITING ISSUE. THERE WAS ADDED ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND POSSIBLY MECHANICAL. FOOTINGS FOR THE EXTERIOR WALLS MAY BE REQUIRED.
