The property is cleaned, vacant and secured. The wood frame storage room has been removed from the property. Are receiving calls that people are in the rear yard. Did call the owner and he has been on site and keeps call T.P.D. and they don't respond. The owner is aware of the burning on the property and currently standing in the alley. The neighbor keeps calling him and the owner does not know what to do. Did go over on placing a temporary fence to check if that will help keep the people out. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
