Arrived and found car batteries on the roof and connected to a solar panel. The extension cords are wired to the batteries and not sure how much voltage is coming through the cords. Did also find a generator on the roof and also has an extension cord going to the bedroom area. T.P.D. did clear the house to do an inspection on the condition of the house. While waiting for T.P.D. did observe a female going into the house and was not locked. She was found in the house by T.P.D. and was arrested for trespassing. No one else was found in the house except a dog. P.A.C.C. was called to remove the dog. Did find where the hosue has muliple extension cords going to different areas. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. The main electrical panel has been tampered with and changes have been made to add wiring to place power in the garage area. The garage is filled with storage and hard to walk int he garage area. Placed a chain and lock on the door on the house side.
