Did stay on the property and than the owner stated he was done and re-secured the front door. Did call inspector John Guido to the site due to the owner was getting mad to not letting him in until the permit has been issued for the electrical upgrade has been issued and did go over that the rear yard can be cleaned. Gave a chain to have the rear gate secured. RV.

Called inspector Bigman to meet at the site. Arrived and the owner is only one on site and removed some items out. The unit was re-secured. Did have the camper secured due to the door was opened and the screws were loose. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the camper secured. Posting still in place. RV.

The property has been cleaned on the front and rear of the property. The electrical will need to be moved from the neighbors property to this property with requiring an upgrade and approval on location of new install of electrical panel for re-connect.
