They were told that the permit was not required due to not changing anything by the people from TAA. Did let them know that they can check our records and see if we have a site plan on record to get a copy. Than they can show what it was and what it is now and they are alike. They polverized 6" to 8" and recycled and paved at the same grades and stripped all the same as it was. RV.
01/26/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The Zoning Administrator stated if like for like that a permit is not required. The layout is done as existing but re-stripped the same layout. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
