Sept 7th hearing: Property owner has been found responsible on all charges. One year abatement period set until 9/7/2024. City is authorized to abate all violations after Oct 7th 2023, this will include to terminate power until proper permits are obtained and the conditions have been verified safe.

On Sept 7th 2023 a 30 day notice was posted on the property for all trash and debris from curb area, alley and property must be removed. Failure to comply will result in City abatement and being billed for costs of abatement.
