208 PM - Placed calls on 1/10, 1/11 & 1/13; sent a text message on 1/13; none were replied to. Contact at apartment, new tenant on site states moved in within the past couple of weeks. Did take a look at ceilings and all appear to have been patched. Tenant states no issues with toilet leaking and did not observe any other issues. Will close case, unable to verify. -VM |
