DWELLING IS UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY TO OCCUPY. CE WILL CONDEMN DWELLING AND SHUT POWER. A PATH WAS MADE BY TFD FROM LIVING AREA TO BATHROOM TO REACH THE OCCUPANT IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION. OCCUPANT ROBIN WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE DWELLING AND TO THE HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAL CARE, UPON SPEAKING TO ROBIN SHE EXPLAINED THAT THERE WAS A 12 YEAR OLD, MULTI-COLORED GRAY AND WHITE CAT IN THE DWELLING. ROBIN GAVE CE VERBAL CONSENT IN FRONT OF TFD STAFF TO ALLOW PACC TO ENTER THE DWELLING TO RETRIEVE THE CAT WITHOUT HER BEING PRESENT TODAY AND OR TOMORROW IF NEEDED. PACC NOW ON SITE, AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO LOCATE THE CAT, PACC SET A TRAP ON THE INTERIOR. CE HAS SECURED DWELLING AND WILL RETURN IN THE MORNING WITH PACC TO RETRIEVE TRAP, IN HOPES TO RETRIEVE CAT AS WELL. NOTICE OF EMERGENCY ABATEMENT AND ORDER TO VACATE WAS ISSUED, TENANT WAS UNABLE TO SIGN BUT WAS HAND DELIVERED A COPY IN PERSON. WILL CONTACT PROPERTY OWNERS AND SEND COPY OF EMERGENCY ORDERS. |
