NEW ISSUES WERE THE SINK IS LEAKING AND DISHWASHER NOT WORKING. MAINTANENCE BEGAN BY LOOKING UNDER THE SINK, IT WAS OVERFILLED WITH STUFF THAT EVERTHING NEEDED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE CABINET, FOUND A DRAIN PIPE LEAKING, IT JUST NEEDED TO BE TIGHTENED AND FOUND THE DISHWASHER WAS UNPLUGGED, IT WAS PLUGGED BACK IN. THERE WAS NO DOOR TO THE BEDROOM IN QUESTION, THERE WAS SOME BROKEN WIRE SHELVING, IT WAS REPAIRED WHILE INSIDE. I FOUND THE RED PAINT ON THE WINDOW WAS DROPPED FROM UNIT ABOVE BUT THE WINDOW WAS OPERABLE AND AT THIS TIME THE COMPLEX HAS NO WINDOW WASHERS. EXPLAINED C/E HAS NO CODE FOR DIRTY WINDOWS. WINDOW IS OPERABLE. FINALLY IT APPEARS THAT OCCUPANTS DAMAGED THE SIDE WOOD NEXT TO THE DISHWASHER AS IT IS THE TOP OF THE PIECE WHICH WAS LAMINATED SO THE TOP WOULD STAY IN PLACE AND I COULD SEE THAT THE SEAL WAS BROKEN. MAINTANENCE DID PUT IN A REPAIR REQUEST FOR THE SIDE PIECE ALL OTHER ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED INCLUDING NEW ISSUES ADDED TODAY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
