10/13/2022 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Did the inspection at night for the lighting with inspector Bigman and found no added lighting where the brightness affects the lighting codes. All the lighting on the property were approved when the building was built and in breezeways or stairways. Did call the owner and left a message to call to gain entry into the patio or the wallways due to not able to enter due to on key pads. Was able to walk around the building to check the back side and all the lighting is approved lighting with no added lighting anywhere on the property. Did see some cracks on the walls on the masonry wall on the exterior of the building and appears to be strees cracks on the windows on the stucco coating. They are very light and not on all the openings. This is a new structure on permit, T21DV04199 issued on 3-15-22 and finaled on 6-17-22. RV.
