08/14/2022 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into building. Arrived and a car hit the masonary wall on the exterior property line and was leaning against the motor for the drive gate. The wall is a 6" wall and below 7' in height. The neighbor was able to place a commalong on the frame for the gate and was able to pull the wall plumb due to connected to a mesquite tree and placed a chain to leave until the wall is removed to have re-built. The owner was on the site and signed the paperwork. The house was not damaged and only the drive gate area was damaged. Approx. 40 l.f. x 6'-8" in height. Did let the owner know that the gate can not be used for in and out due to will weaken the wall and could fall down. The metal gate is not damage and will need to be check once the motor and gate have no pressure from not being plumb. The wall was built before 2005. RV. |
