Arrived and met with the tenant of unit #415 and water was coming from the ceiling. T.F.D. had left the site. The unit was on the bottom and the upper unit has been secured. The water was dripping from the ceiling of the bedroom, bathroom, living room and the kitchen ceiling has fallen. The electrical is being removed at the meter due to the amount of damage to the ceiling and walls and continues to drip. The maintence man signed the paperwork on site and will be securing the unit once the water has been extracted as much as possible.
