They also have a leak on the upper floor by the handler and appears to be leaking from the condensation line. The ceiling was going to be removed by the handler by the bathroom area due to was loose. The hot water was not working on the kitchen sink and the valve was off and turned back on and had hot water. I did leave the site due to will take some time to check for the leak and remove the ceiling and will call tomorrow. RV.
08/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed All work has been done and the tenant has no other complaints. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
