Entered by VIDAL - The fire was in unit 1025 and the fire got into the attic space and smoke got into the unit. A hole was made in the living room area to check for fire in the attic space with the drywall pulled down. This unit has smoke damage and the front door was kicked in and damaged the wood door jamb to where not lockable. Not able to locate the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the unit secured. Posted the paperwork on the front door plywood. The unit is being remodled and found no permits where some of the work requires a permit. The attic space has smoke damage to the wood framing rafters and 1x planking. The electrical was removed at the meter and has no gas. RV. |
