Did go over having a time line to have the property cleaned and moving the vehicles where not on the street. The carport is filled with storage of items and part of a vehicle. Have court on 12-5-2023 at 10;30 am. Owner stated that he will be there. RV.
12/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Had the hearing and the owner did not show and showed the pictures of the property at the time of the inspection and were compared with no change. The owner was fined and given a court order to go onto the property to have cleaned. The vehicles will be towed off the property if still on site after 12-19-2023. RV.
