Entered by VIDAL - In the rear of the house in the alley piles of palm tree fronds have been dumped and the owner has no palm trees on the property. The owner is 80 years old and not able to keep the alley clean from the illegal dumping. Was not able to get the plates on the truck that dumped it. Did call the Brush and Bulky crew and they will be picking up the palm tree fronds. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
