VISITED SITE, I FOUND 3 PIECES OF CONCRETE AGAINST THE OWNERS FENCE BUT FOUND TALL GRASS AND WEEDS THRU OUT THE ALLEY AND PILES OF BLOCK BEHIND SEVERAL PROPERTIES. CONTACTED SUPERVISOR AND ASKED IF SHE WANTED TO CONDUCT AND ALLEY SWEEP, SHE STATED BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF CALLS C/E IS RECEIVING THAT WE ARE NOT DOING ALLEY SWEEPS. NO VIOLATIONS.
