Entered by VIDAL - Met with the tenant on site and checked for violation. Found no smoke detectors, a electrical breaker is popping when adding appliances in different rooms, the sewer line is exposed from the upper unit and goes to the ground level and leaking at the connection of the pipe. Has a smell from the water leaking to the concrete floor in the rear patio, globes are missing from the fan in the bedroom and the kitchen. Will do a N.O.V. RV. |
