I ASKED IF I COULD WALK THE STRUCTURE IN QUESTION, SHE HAD ONE OF THE WORKERS TAKE ME TO THE ADDED STRUCTURE. I FOUND THE STRUCTURE BE USED TO PRODUCE PLASTER CACTUS FOUNTAINS WHERE THEY FORMED THE STRUCTURE, ADDED PIPING FOR THE WATER , PLASTERED AND SANDED THE STRUCTURES IN THE ADDITION. I FOUND ELECTRIC, A LARGE SIZED WINDOW A/C UNIT, POSSIBLY PLUMBING ADDED FOR WATER, AND A FLOOR DRAIN CUT INTO THE FLOOR. COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE WILL REQUIRE PLANS AND PERMITS.
