ON SITE THE PARCEL IS ZONED A C-2. THE PARCEL BELONGS TO THE WHEEL AND TIRE SHOP. THE PROPERTY HAS TIRES NEATLY STACKED IN THE REAR. THERE IS A CHAINLINK FENCE AROUND THE AREA. NO VIOLATIONS AT THIS TIME. |
