Has a above ground round pool 4' deep on the side of the mobile home and has a 4' chain link fence surrounding the property for the mobile home. Did request that the ladder be removed from the pool at time the pool is not being used and the gate to be made to self close. Did show her that a spring can be installed to have the gate close all the times. The pool is for theropy for a special needs child in the home due to illness. Did check the site and has no openings in the fencing through out the property. Did talk to the supervisor Laurie Pumphery and the case will be closed at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
