Did to the site and a metal fencing with square metal tubing for fence post with metal railing and metal corrigated covering on the exterior of the fence. Found no approval or permit where the fencing was approved by Planning and Development Services Department. The property has a new owner and did call him and went over the compliance review being required. The owner was going to call and check on what has to be done to get the permit. Will do N.O.V.
