ONSITE INSPECTION BY CODE ENFORCEMENT: THE PROPERTY WAS PREVIOUSLY CONDEMNED AND FULLY BOARDED IN 2019 THE PROPERTY HAS UTILITIES. THE FRONT POSTING PER 16-64 on the fence was remove although there are postings on the home THE BOARDS TO THE TWO DOORS WERE REMOVED, BOTH RV'S ARE ALSO OPEN WITH EVIDENCE OF OCCUPANCY. THE INTERIOR OF THE DWELLING HAS LARGE AMOUNTS OF STORAGE TOOLS AND MISC ITEMS, NO ACCESS TO ALL ROOMS DUE TO THE STORAGE AMOUNT. THE TOILET IS OVERFILL WITH FECES. THERE IS DRUG PARAPHERNALIA SUCH AS BURNT FOIL PIECES THROUGH OUT THE INTERIOR. THERE IS A FOWL SMELL INSIDE THE HOME. THE CONDEMNED HOME AN RV'S WERE OCCUPIED. THE GROUNDS ARE OVER RUN WITH MICS ITEM AUTO PARTS, METAL AND REFUSE. CITY CONTRACTOR DID RE-SECURED THE THE HOME BY BOARDING THE TWO DOORS. THE HOME AND FRONT FENCE WERE REPOSTED THE PLACARD 16-64
